Happy December!

Once a quarter, some of my food blogger friends and I have a recipe collaboration called Freaky Friday. Everyone participating is assigned another blogger in secret, then we go to their site and choose a recipe to make. We make and photograph it as our own, then write a post about it. And on the same day, we all publish the posts!

Today is the day of the Freaky Friday Virtual Treat Exchange!

And I’m sharing a new favorite recipe—homemade Peanut Butter Chocolate Fudge. And y’all, this fudge is made in the microwave!

Which is a pretty awesome thing considering candymaking is not my strong suit. (Hi, hello. You know about the time I burned seven batches of caramel before I got it right?)
