Until I developed this recipe, I’d never cooked tater tots at home before, and they were relegated to restaurants. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I’m glad I decided to give ’em a go. Unsurprisingly, tater tots are delicious in all the applications you can find for ‘em… and I love how they pair with the bacon, egg and cheese in this casserole recipe.
