Dear Brain Food Wednesday Readers,
β
Welcome back to another edition of Brain Food Wednesdays, issue 212, where I give you a tiny tip to become a better creator. Itβs a new year. What are you going to do differently this year?
β
Introduction: One Tiny Tip to Take Your Creator Skills to Next Level
β
β
In the past six months, a lot of creators have joined my email list. How can I be of service?
β
Professionals are always looking to level up. After thinking about this, I came up with one tiny tip for you to rise to the next level. You may know this tip already, but a reminder is not a bad thing.
β
One key new yearβs resolution is to read more books. But that resolution falls by the wayside in no time. The problem is this. To read any book, itβs necessary to have a purpose. If you donβt have a compelling purpose to read more books, youβre unlikely to follow through.
β
If you want to earn more, solve problems. You know what problems you solve. However, professionals who want to stay relevant have to learn new things, expanding their knowledge base. Itβs important to solve problems better than your peers. Knowledge must be inside and outside your area of specialty. This enables you to be more creative with solutions. One easy way to learn something new is by reading books on the topic. Reading is a great way to get ahead.
β
This is where the tiny tip I have for you comes into play.
β
β
Becoming a Better Creator
β
β
As a creator, letβs say, for instance, you want to become better at your craft. And letβs also say the books you read include:
β
- Superfans by Pat Flynn.
- Mastery by Robert Greene.
- The Creative Habit by Twyla Tharp.
- The Quickest Guide to Content Creation by Helena Escalante.
- Hook Point by Brendan Kane.
β
My tiny tip helps you to see what other creators will probably miss. Iβm going to teach you how to use ChatGPT to analyze your book notes.
β
Why is this important?
β
Youβll have more and better content to share. And the content will be unique.
β
To illustrate my point, Iβll add some information as a placeholder, so you know what to do when using the prompt.

Comments About the Instructions to Become a Better Creator
β
Look at the instructions above and add your book notes in the appropriate sections. I added information, so youβd understand what to do. The books do not always have to be on the same subjects. Iβve asked ChatGPT to analyze books on different topics. Iβm often surprised when it comes up with relationships between the books that I hadnβt noticed.
β
After Iβve added the book notes and ChatGPT has saved them, sometimes I’ll instruct it to come up with a process to do something based on what the books are about. Two examples include asking it to come up with a time management strategy based on 12 books, and another time I asked it to come up with a process for spotting trends based on 12 books.
β
Do what you often do – experiment. Experiment with ChatGPT. Based on my book notes, ChatGPT has come up with strategies and much more.
β
Use the process outlined above. Use your book notes and let me know how it works for you. If you need help, please reach out to me. Most people are not using ChatGPT this way.
β
This is my tiny tip to take your creator skills to a higher level this year.
