BFW: Four Levels of Value Creation: Becoming More Valuable
Dear Reader,
Welcome to another edition of Brain Food Wednesdays, your weekly intellectual feast. In this edition, issue 233, we talk about the four levels of value creation. Which level are you at?
Introduction
During the Think and Grow Rich 3-Day Challenge, Russell Brunson hosted a workshop to teach people taking part how to actually think and grow rich. The session was very good, and I learned a lot.
Brunson shared the four levels of value creation. I researched the four levels of value creation and found additional information. And that’s what I’ll be focusing on in this edition of Brain Food Wednesdays because I think you’ll find the information useful, especially if you create how-to products.
4 Levels of Value Creation
During the workshop on how to actually think and grow rich, we were introduced to the four levels of value. Myron Golden explains the four levels of value creation in his video, How to Get the Most Out of 4 Levels of Value.
- Level 1. Implementation (muscles). At this level, you do the work. There’s a cap to how much you can do at this level. You are only one person. This is the lowest level of value creation. You make between minimum wage and $80,000.
- Level 2. Unification (management skills). You get more done than level one because you have the people you manage who can help you. It’s about bringing people together. But you’re still limited and can only do so much, even with the help. You make $40,000 to $250,000.
- Level 3. Communication (mouth). You use your mouth. Share messages and ideas with others. An example is sales people. When you master communication, you become influential. You make $100,000 to $100 million.
- Level 4. Imagination (mind/money). When you use your imagination, the ideas you can generate are countless. You’ll come up with so many ways to make money. You make $1 million to trillions.
Fastest Way to Wealth
The fastest way to get out of poverty and become wealthy is to become a better communicator. Communicate a message to others that they value and will pay for it. To think and grow rich, you need to be at level 3 and 4 of value. If you’re an employee and want to get promoted, become a better communicator and use your imagination.
People will buy from you when they think what they’re buying is worth at least 10 times what they’re paying. To become fulfilled, create, connect, and contribute.
