How to fix the most painful sleep problem: Early morning awakenings
There’s one sleep issue that is really sticky for parents to deal with.
(And I’m not talking about when your child poops in their diaper at night– the rare but dreadful “night deuce”).
That problem is the early morning awakening. My younger boy got up at around 4:30am for about three months. Which aged me by about three years.
The good news is– you can get your kid to sleep in a bit later, but it takes a bit of work.
