🍁🥧🍁5 Best Desserts for Thanksgiving🍁🥧🍁
|
We’re less than a week away from Turkey Day, so let’s talk about desserts to share. Below are some of our favorite seasonal treats.

Howdy, Reader,
Thanksgiving is one of my favorite days of the year, and ending the day on a sweet note is just perfection.
In that spirit, I wanted to share a few of my favorite seasonal desserts with you before next week. You know, in case you need some inspiration. 😉
Here are five ideas for you:
- Upside Down Cranberry Cake: If you’re a cranberry lover, this cake is perfect for you! This fluffy vanilla cake bakes over a cranberry topping. Flip the cake once it’s baked, then serve with homemade whipped cream. Not only is it the perfect balance with the wonderfully tart cranberry topping, but it’s stunning, too.
- Bourbon Pecan Pie: This dessert is a twist on my dad’s famous pie, which he bakes hundreds of yearly during the holiday season. My twist involves bourbon (surprise!)… and it is just the best kind of dessert. If I’m baking a pie, chances are it’s this one, and for good reason.
- Creamy Cranberry Tart: This tart is something special. From the color to the use of fresh cranberries and other easy-to-find ingredients, it’s creamy, slightly sweet and simply gorgeous!
- Pumpkin Cheesecake Brownie Bars: If you’re not a pie or cake person, this one’s for you. This luscious pumpkin cheesecake sits atop a dense brownie base. These bars are incredibly decadent, so the pan will feed a crowd!
- Upside Down Pumpkin Cake with Praline Pecans and Bourbon Caramel Sauce: This cake is a mouthful to say, but trust me when I say that it’s absolutely worth the effort. A fluffy pumpkin cake is topped with praline pecans and a bourbon caramel sauce. Truly— a showstopper!
Which dessert are you looking forward to next week?
As always, happy baking!
