There’s no cooking required and all you need is a jar and a lid. Just combine the ingredients and let them sit in the refrigerator overnight. Also, they are perfect for meal prep and you can make a few servings all at once. Then, every morning you will have the most flavorful breakfast that tastes just like peach cobbler! What’s not to love about that?

Pumpkin pie is one of my favorite fall treats and I am so excited because I have lightened it up! Also, there is no added sugar in this recipe!

These apple banana muffins are healthy and delicious! As always, we have lightened this recipe up so that you can enjoy it all season long. These muffins are perfect for breakfast, a healthy snack, and meal prep!

This roasted tomato soup with basil is my favorite soup ever! It’s packed with a ton of flavor from roasting the tomatoes in the oven. Also, the fresh basil complements the soup perfectly. There’s nothing better than this soup on a cool evening to warm you up.

This apple crisp is the perfect fall treat! It’s delicious on its own or you can enjoy it with some low-fat vanilla ice cream or your favorite healthy ice cream. Either way, you don’t want to miss out on this recipe!

So many times people do Costco hauls or grocery hauls and show you what they got and that’s great.
