My healthy griddle cooking segment on the 9 & 10 news did not go as I would have hoped. I went on air several minutes before I was planning. So, I was unable to show the final cooking steps and finished dish.

What could I do but just roll with it!!

I was so disappointed after leaving the news studio and didn’t know what to do! But after thinking about it and with the evening to myself, I decided to try YouTube Live for the first time.

After the failed news attempt to kick off my Healthy Griddle Cooking series, I decided to do my 1st YouTube Live video to show my AMAZING griddle stir fry chicken recipe!!

I had a few hick-ups, but I was able to figure it out and I did a LIVE YouTube cooking segment, all by myself!!
