Every day, you do exercises. And the point of the exercise is to lessen the appearance of the judge and other saboteurs and increase the appearance of your sage. I’ve completed one week of the course, and I’m noticing a difference in my life.

I’m also taking a course to manifest anything you want in life, and it’s all about your mindset. Things I wouldn’t pay attention to before the course, I’m very mindful of.
